Michele's favorite drink while staying at Hotel Andaz is the Blooming Spritz, made from Aperol, orange blossom, rose wine, Three Cents pink grapefruit soda, and Cava Gotas de Plata.
Steering the Ship
In a room off the main Lobby at Hotel Andaz is an enormous picture book. A pair of white gloves is provided for turning the pages. I skimmed through the book until I found a suitable picture.
